Arrive in Cairns any time today and check into your hostel accommodation. Relax after your flight or head out and meet some fellow travellers!

Your guided day trip to Cape Tribulation departs Cairns at around 8am, heading along the Scenic Coastal Drive to Cape Tribulation! You’ll be met by the traditional land owners and participate in a traditional “welcome to country” and smoking ceremony with a kuku yalanji tribal member. Then head deep into Mossman Gorge where you have the opportunity for a refreshing swim in the cascading water and majestic pools that make Mossman gorge such an iconic place to visit. Next onto your Wildlife River Cruise; Search for crocodiles and other wildlife whilst learning about the fragile ecosystem of the Daintree River, then enjoy an awesome lunch at the beach where the rainforest meets the reef. This tour returns to Cairns at approximately 7.30pm. The rest of the night is yours to explore the awesome nightlife of Cairns!

Check in at Reef Fleet Terminal at 8am and hop aboard for fresh coffee/tea and muffins before your safety briefing commences. You’ll then start your guided day cruise to your first Outer Barrier Reef location! Passions of Paradise has a selection of more than 24 superior outer reef locations to choose from. After snorkelling, swimming and sunbathing at your first location, lunch is served on-board; enjoy a sumptuous hot and cold buffet lunch including local prawns, a selection of fresh salads and tropical fruits. Enjoy another couple of hours at your second reef spot then it’s time to enjoy a cold beverage on the way back to Cairns. Arrive back at approx. 5pm and join your new sailing pals for your last night in Cairns.

Today you start your journey South to Airlie Beach; the gateway to the Whitsunday Islands. Download a box set, pack your snacks and hop on the coach at 8.15am. Arrive into Airlie Beach at 7pm and check into your hostel accommodation.

Depart Airlie Beach at 8.30am and head out on your Eco guided Whitsunday Island adventure! Once on board the friendly crew will brief you about safety and sailing. You will visit a number of top snorkel destinations in the region which might include Luncheon Bay, Blue Pearl Bay or Mantaray Bay. As well as snorkelling around the beautiful coral reefs, guests can help the crew pull the sails and have a go at driving the boat, for a real Aussie experience. Sit back and relax, enjoying the heat from the sun as you watch the amazing scenery pass you by. Keep an eye out for wildlife such as turtles, eagles, sharks, dolphins and whales! This evening, enjoy a hot shower, afternoon canapes and a cold beer or wine before dinner. Listen out for the friendly dolphin pods which frequent the Northern islands. Finally, enjoy a delicious dinner, enjoy some fun on the back deck or find a quiet spot and star gaze before falling into bed for a good night’s sleep.

Visit Whitehaven Beach, with its 7 kilometres of silica sand and pristine ocean waters, including a guided bush walk to Hill Inlet Lookout, one of the most photographed places in Australia! Relax out on deck and spend time socialising with the other like-minded travellers. Return to Airlie Beach at 4pm – spend the evening chilling at your hostel or exploring Airlie Beach.

Spend the day exploring the lagoon and many shops, bars and restaurants of Airlie Beach today, before hopping on the overnight bus this evening. Recline your seat and relax for the longest of your bus journeys so far!

Arrive into Rainbow Beach and check into your hostel accommodation. Have a swim, head to the beach or just relax in the onsite bar at the resort.

Your adventure starts at 10.30am at Rainbow Beach where you’ll stop to see the famous Coloured Sands and Pinnacles. Then head out to Australia’s largest sand island, Fraser Island, to see the majestic Maheno Shipwreck, the beauty of Eli Creek boardwalk and the freshwater streams flowing into the ocean. Stop for a picnic lunch and then head to the stunning Indian Head lookout to view the white sand desert, beach and ocean. Keep your eyes peeled for dolphins, sharks, turtles, manta rays, sharks and whales (during Whale Season). This evening, enjoy a full-spread buffet style dinner at Eurong Resort Beach Bar before heading to your comfortable accommodation.

Enjoy a yummy breakfast at Eurong Resort before a big day of exploring the rest of the Island. Visit tranquil Pile Valley and Woongoolba Creek boardwalk, swim in beautiful Lake Birrabeen and scrub with the white sands in the tea tree lake. Drive along 75 Mile Beach and arrive back to Rainbow Beach this afternoon. Enjoy your last night in Rainbow Beach at the onsite bar, sing some karaoke, shoot some pool or just relax.

Today your bus journey will see you pass through the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and the Gold Coast on your way to the legendary town of Byron Bay! Arrive into ‘The Bay’ late this evening and check into your hostel accommodation for a good sleep, ready for tomorrow’s beach and sea adventures!

Grab a coffee from one of Byron’s many boutique coffee shops and head to the beach for a 9am start. Join a passionate team of surf lifesavers for an unforgettable kayak to Australia’s most easterly point. The Byron Bay Marine Park is home to bottlenose dolphins, humpback whales and three species of sea turtle, so keep your eyes peeled for them as you glide along the clear blue ocean. Knowledgeable guides will share stories of local history, aboriginal culture and marine biology, making this tour the perfect combination of education and adventure. Oh, and prepare to save the best for last as your guide teaches you to surf your kayak back to shore!

The afternoon is yours to spend as you wish, take it all in and then watch the beautiful sunset at main beach where you will find nothing but good vibes! Byron Bay will spoil you for choice for places to eat and hang out!

Spend the day exploring the beaches, shops and brunch spots of Byron Bay. Hire a surf board, bicycle or snorkel to really get to know this beautiful bay. Stock up on snacks from the supermarket and hop on your overnight bus, next stop.. SYDNEY!

This is an open-aged tour, however, most passengers are between the ages of 18 and 39.

A maximum of 20kg + a day pack can be carried on the buses.

When on tour you may leave you large bag/case at your accommodation.

All hostel accommodation is ensuite.
